The SharePoint List form template is used to customize the form that is used to create, view, and edit items in a SharePoint List. You start by specifying a new or existing SharePoint list, and InfoPath automatically generates the list form. After you customize the form, publish it back to SharePoint in one click using the InfoPath 2010 Designer Quick Publish feature. The SharePoint Form Library template is used to design a form for collecting data in a SharePoint form library. InfoPath starts you out with a basic layout that can be quickly tailored by adding controls, selecting from available SharePoint Themes in the Page Design tab of the ribbon, and customizing your submit options.
Quality inspectors measure and verify design characteristics through product-specific tests with required design tooling. For product accountability, each material and process used to manufacture the product is listed and certificates of conformance for special processes are added. Functional test procedures should also be cited with corresponding acceptance reports as supporting documents. Inspection results can ascertain the necessity of a delta FAI or re-accomplishment of the first article inspection. In case of non-conforming characteristics, design revisions should be implemented. Quality inspectors should review the manufacturing process and non-conformance documentation to improve the performance of a delta FAI. Upon the completion of the first article inspection, quality inspectors validate the FAI report with their signatures, indicating that all characteristics are accounted for; meet drawing requirements; or are properly documented for disposition. FAI reports should include photos of the products make and packaging to provide objective evidence.
Once you choose the script language, you can upload a template file or use the template editor to enter a script manually. Inside the editor, you have access to a palette featuring common variables related to your selected template language. Hover your pointer over a variable in the palette for a more detailed description. To place a variable into the display template code, position your cursor where you want it placed, and click the variable name in the palette. Another useful tool in the display template editor is the autocomplete feature. In a FreeMarker template, it can be invoked by typing which opens a drop-down menu of common variables. Upon selecting one of the variables, the editor inserts the variable into your display template code.
